The only witness in

the case speaks

rather favorably

them otherwise

Mrs Mary Vaughn

the other Vaughns

are ages 15 – 11 –

7 – 4 – 3 yrs.

Suggest they be

banished from the

state to reside east

of the Ill and

north of the Ohio

during the war.
